Thursday 10th Oct is/was World Mental Health Day, and there is a great FREE event happening in North Tyneside on Friday 11th Oct!
It is open to all with live music, comedy, guest speakers, creative activities, a buffet, and more! If you’re looking for support, there will be people available to signpost you. Whether you stay all day or just pop in, everyone is welcome!
It's running at the Cullercoats Crescent Club in Victoria Cresecent, Cullercoats between 11am and 3pm.
